Standard graphic sizes:

Refer to the image located in "more views" above that has a letter code shown in each truss opening, then reference the corresponding letter code shown below.

  • Arc headers: (2) 100” x 36” panel size, fabric with sintra top and bottom on back or lexan with magnet on reverse perimeter.
  • Small Straight headers: (8) 47.5” x 11.5” panel size, lexan with magnet on reverse perimeter.
  • Counter Fronts: (4) 46” x 37” panel size, lexan with hook velcro on reverse perimeter.

Graphic Subtrate Options:

Fabric Graphics - Dye sublimation printing to fabric trimmed and sewn with sintra strips (top and bottom) for hanging to truss structure using banner clips.  This is the preferred method.

Vinyl Graphics -  Plastic graphics printed and mounted with magnet.

File Preparation

Accepted file Formats:
Adobe Photoshop:
- Send in at production size at 100 dpi if possible
- Layer the file if color match is needed
- File formats: psd, tiff, eps
Adobe Illustrator:
- Include a separate file or support file for every placed image
- Text should be sent in outline or vector
- File formats: ai, eps

File size:
Send in files at production size, at 100 dpi when possible.

Sending instruction PDF’s (low resolution files) in with your art files will let us know what the final product needs to be and will reassure your Tech Support Rep of the final print.  Files need to be sent in at a DPI of 100 at the production size. Critical color matches like Pantone colors need to be specifically called out in the file or by email or some other form of written instructions.
